As women, we’ve been trained to prioritise men’s comfort over our own— and that often means we laugh along, even if it’s blatantly not funny. Then we feel guilty because we must have encouraged them to keep on joking.

Sadly, the above paragraph is soooooo true. Most of us have been “that woman" who felt obliged to suck it up (sexual harassment, blatant or covert) for a job or other reason. It’s sad that many men objectify us, rather than seeing us as human beings with brains.
