Excellent article!! I just shared it with my grown son, saying “this is basically the mindset with which I raised you.” I think more parents/teachers/bosses need to read this and get a clue. Holding higher expectations for people is really not rocket science. It can make a world of difference in people’s lives if they feel their parents, etc., expect them to do well.
