I’m the one who prefers to leave rather than stay in and unhealthy relationship. I’ve finally discovered it’s better to be alone than to put up with a man who makes me feel “less than". Ain’t got time for that anymore. I raised my kids mostly by myself for this reason, and he turned out pretty good, despite not having a father on the premises for most of his growing-up years.

Peace of mind is better any day than the drama of a crappy, unhappy relationship.
