Love this!!! A lot of great advice, quotes and insights (many of which my 25-year-old son has preached to me, in his efforts to help me improve as a person).

I’m well aware I’m not everyone cupof tea, though in my so-called middle age, it doesn’t do much matter to me. I’m tackling the people pleasing part too, because sometimes I see that’s just wasted energy.
