Why I Limit My Exposure to Media (I dont even have a TV!!)

Given the current state of affairs in the world due to the appearance of Covid-19 pandemic, I hereby limit my exposure to many forms of media in an effort to — for one thing — have more peace of mind. Oh wait; I actually have been doing this for several years!!! I don’t even own a television, and I believe that my life has not suffered one bit for that fact.
